I post my gripes about forumites here because that is my prerogative and it keeps me from flaming people on the forum, which is against the rules. Sometimes those frustrations need to come out. You piss people off, as evidence by the discussion this post and a couple others here have sparked. THIS post was generated in response to YOU purposely baiting Vators and it made me angry. If you don't want people talking about you on other Internet venues, don't be a troll. Trolling is bad. And that is what you are doing. So, either continue to do what you're doing and accept the consequences of people talking shit about you, or modify your behavior. Makes no bones to me. I fully aknowledge and accept (and really really really don't care about) the fact that other TBF forum circles are probably talking smack about me. I go to the forum to hang with mah peeps, said peeps being the awesome folks you see commenting here.
What happened between me and Vators is between the two of us. I have an idea of what you might be talking about and I just PM'd him to make sure there are no hard feelings and to apologize.

Ok, based on your post in the IMPORTANT thread, I think I am beginning to understand your mindset – you don’t understand the internet. “Kurz388” is a spammer, not a real person who wants to be a productive member of the forum. If that handle ever posts again, I will be extremely surprised. Spammers, Trolls, Attention Whores, all of these things are an everyday part of life on the interwebs and those of us who have been using social sites like the TBF are quite aware of these people and have a set manner in which we react to them. Kurz388 gets a COOL STORY, BRO! On a site with fewer rules and less mods, posters like you would be flamed.
As regards your comment about your tiff with Vators – no, it is not between the two of you. You posted in an open forum, the second you hit “Post” whatever you type is no longer yours. Who you chose to be on the internet is free and open to attack, ridicule and reaction in whatever fashion any other person in the whole wide world sees fit. If you behave on the web in the same way you would behave in public, you would be greeted with a much different attitude. Would you walk in to Starbucks and start bellowing at the top of your lungs: LET’S THROW BANANAS! No, I don’t believe you would. Although I don’t know you and I could be wrong.
Because that is essentially what you did. And how do you think people at Starbucks would react? Someone would kick you the hell out and then everyone would talk about the crazy ass motherfucker with the bananas for the rest of the afternoon. And it would not be nice.
I can’t speak for anybody else, but I didn’t PM you because past experience has taught me that being reasonable in cases where someone is spamming/whoring doesn’t accomplish anything. I have lived through my fair share of disruptive forumites and the best way to deal with them is to ignore them. There is no way for you to know this about me, but I have a philosophy – if I have a bad day at work, or something shitty happens or something pisses me off, I have a deal with myself: If I am still hacked off about it after a car ride home and I still remember or care enough to sit down and blog about it, it was probably something pretty rough. But if I get all the way home and my first action isn’t to go straight to my computer and bitch about XYZ the second I walk through the door, it probably wasn’t all that important. In summary, if it ends up on my blog, I was pretty fucking annoyed.
